Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members by building relationships and delivering educational, supportive experiences in our studio.

You will design safe client programs, lead private and group sessions, promote Pilates offerings, and maintain studio cleanliness while staying current with certifications.

A strong emphasis on customer service and ongoing professional development is expected, with competitive pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience required.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals and retention.
• Instructs clients during Pilates training on equipment usage.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes and sells Pilates programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues and trends.
• Delivers superior customer service and programming.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivation.
