Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives by building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional class experience.

You will lead private and group sessions, design personalized programs, and promote Pilates offerings while maintaining studio standards. Required qualifications include a HS diploma, CPR/AED, and Pilates training certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs for goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors client form and safety during equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations including goal setting for Pilates training.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps current on certifications and trends in the industry.
• Educates members on health and fitness issues.
