Qualifications

• Must have Pilates program design experience.
• Ability to guide clients with safe, effective reformer-based training.
• CPR and AED certification required or active.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goals.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safety and effectiveness.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Promotes and sells Pilates and related fitness programs to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Maintains studio cleanliness and equipment.
