Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training completion or equivalent certification on mat and all apparatus
- Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education completed
- Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) required
- Exceptional customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Develop a safe, professional Pilates program for each client aligned to goals
- Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting
- Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
- Build your book of business through member base and collaboration with club teams
- Complete all administrative requirements for client management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded client experience
- Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests
- Maintain consistent client activity to achieve results and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness
