Job summary

Equinox Pilates Instructor role in California offers a high-performance environment where you will design and deliver personalized Pilates programs. Under the guidance of a Pilates Manager, you will develop programming, education, and business development strategies to grow your client base and advance within the Equinox team.

You will work with supportive professionals, access top facilities, and participate in ongoing training while earning $45–$62 per hour per session, plus non-session pay

Qualifications

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification for all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, etc.).
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program.
• Valid copy of Pilates certification(s) must be provided.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program tailored to each client.
• Conduct initial complimentary assessment and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your client base through the club and maintain client books.
• Ensure all administrative requirements for client management are completed.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a well-rounded member experience.
