The role emphasizes building a strong client base, delivering high-quality sessions (private, duet, semi-private), and collaborating with other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates teacher with comprehensive training across apparatus.
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education.
• Provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safe, professional Pilates programs for clients.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Grow your book of business through member referrals.
• Manage client administration and records.
• Collaborate with club departments to enhance member experience.
• Ensure high standards of studio cleanliness and safety.
