Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Huntington Beach seeks a passionate Pilates Instructor to lead personalized training sessions and elevate client results. Under the guidance of a Pilates manager, you will shape programming, education, and business growth while aligning with our high-performance culture.

You will develop safe, effective plans for private and group sessions, expand your client base, and collaborate with club teams to deliver an exceptional Equinox experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates apparatus including mat, reformer, cadillac, trapeze, wunda chair, high or combo chair, and barrels.
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program.
• Applicants must provide a valid copy of their Pilates certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for each client.
• Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your book of business through our member base with the Pilates Manager.
• Complete administrative requirements for client management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a well-rounded member experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness.
