Job summary

Aligned Fitness Holdings, LLC operates Club Pilates studios and provides group reformer Pilates classes to a diverse client base. The instructor will lead demo, group, private and semi-private sessions, ensuring safety and adherence to brand standards. The role requires strong customer service, reliability and a passion for teaching Pilates.

The position is on-site at multiple Club Pilates studios, with 450+ hours education, and a readiness to grow with new modalities and studio promotions.

Qualifications

• 450+ hours comprehensive Pilates education (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard).
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience teaching 6+ participants in an apparatus-based group class.
• Open availability for a minimum of 6 hours per week.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates instruction including demo classes, group apparatus classes, private and semi-private sessions as scheduled by management.
• Safely use and monitor equipment: Reformer, ExoChair, TRX, Springboard, etc.
• Visually inspect equipment before each class for safety and readiness.
• Maintain studio tidiness and return equipment to set standards.
• Arrive early for scheduled classes; participate in studio promotions and community events.
• Stay current with Club Pilates education standards and policies.
