Pilates Addiction Greenwood Village is looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our Greenwood Village, CO studio. You will lead engaging group classes and private sessions, designing effective Pilates programming using Reformer, mat, and other apparatus, while providing modifications for diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized program (STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching group Reformer classes and/or private sessions preferred.
• Strong cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe group Pilates classes and/or private sessions for clients of varying skill levels.
• Design and cue effective Pilates programming using Reformer, mat, and other apparatus equipment.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs and goals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Stay current with Pilates methodology, continuing education, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive team culture.
