Pilates Addiction Greenwood Village is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our Greenwood Village studio. You will lead group and private sessions, help clients move better and transform their lives through Pilates, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic environment.

We value ongoing education and teamwork, with opportunities for growth. Certifications and CPR/AED are required or obtained before start date.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized program.
• Experience teaching group Reformer and/or private sessions.
• Strong cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, punctual, client-first mindset.
• Passion for health and Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe group Pilates classes and private sessions.
• Design and cue effective Pilates programming using Reformer, mat, and other apparatus equipment.
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs and goals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and studio growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Stay current with Pilates methodology, continuing education, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive team culture.

Pilates Addiction Greenwood Village is looking for a passionate and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our growing studio community in Greenwood Village, CO. If you love helping clients move better, feel stronger, and transform their lives through the power of Pilates, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and safe group Pilates classes and/or private sessions for clients of varying skill levels
• Design and cue effective Pilates programming using Reformer, mat, and other apparatus equipment
• Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs and goals
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and studio growth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Stay current with Pilates methodology, continuing education, and industry trends
• Collaborate with studio staff to support a positive team culture

Requirements:

• Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized program (STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching group Reformer classes and/or private sessions preferred
• Strong cueing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
• CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a client-first mindset
• Passion for health, wellness, and the Pilates method
