FULL-TIME & PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE: $40.00-65.00 PER HOUR OR MORE, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. NEGOTIABLE FOR QUALIFIED TALENT.

• We offer base pay for group classes with incentives based on client attendance, as well as additional bonus opportunities.

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (including Mat and Reformer)
• Ability to use contemporary approaches to classical exercises
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven group Reformer instruction skills
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to stay updated with industry developments
• Passion for learning and continuing education
• Punctuality and reliability

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Skillful and safe use of Pilates equipment during classes, including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Cadillac, TRX, Magic Circle, and others.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries or limitations, demonstrating anatomical knowledge and safety focus.
• Implement Club Pilates education standards consistently.
• Create safe, effective, and challenging class plans.
• Teach various Pilates classes, including intro, apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
