Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Pilates Instructor to join our team at our on-site studio in Castle Rock, CO. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise classes and private sessions, creating tailored routines to meet individual client needs. The instructor will demonstrate proper techniques, ensure client safety, and foster a supportive and engaging environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming studio space and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pilates Instruction, including knowledge of classical and contemporary techniques
• Experience in Group Exercise instruction and familiarity with working in a physical fitness or wellness environment
• Understanding of Physical Therapy principles and application to ensure client safety and injury prevention
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Teaching skills, including the ability to adapt sessions to a variety of fitness levels and goals
• Nationally recognized Pilates certification required; additional fitness or wellness certifications are a plus
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups while maintaining a professional demeanor
