Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring Pilates Instructors for Lakewood, CO, offering full-time and part-time positions with pay per class ($40.00–$65.00+) and growth opportunities. Instructors will teach Mat and Reformer Pilates, with options for group, private, and semi-private sessions in a high-visibility Club Pilates environment.

Candidates should have 450+ hours of Pilates education, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat & Reformer)
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry, specifically Pilates
• Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education trainings and seminars
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Must be skilled at proper and safe use of Pilates equipment during each class (Mat and Reformer) to ensure a safe yet creative group experience.
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety with modifications for injuries.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Develop and create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging.
• Provide Pilates instruction including Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions.
• Any other duties as assigned
