Riser Fitness, LLC seeks a Lead Pilates Instructor for Green Valley Ranch. Lead with confidence across levels, delivering challenging, safe Pilates classes and mentoring peers. A passion for Pilates and helping others improve health is essential.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education required.
• 2+ years teaching experience.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience teaching 6+ participants in apparatus-based group class.
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment safely in each class (hand weights, Reformer, etc.).
• Provide modifications and progressions for injuries or limitations.
• Stay up to date with Club Pilates education standards.
• Create safe, effective class plans per standards.
• Teach Intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions.
• Maintain availability for at least 15 hours per week.
• Join Lead Instructor conference calls and share training topics.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report updates.
• Mentor other Pilates instructors to uphold standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
