Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking an enthusiastic Pilates instructor to lead group apparatus classes and private sessions at Norterra and North Scottsdale locations in Phoenix. You will deliver safe, effective instruction following Club Pilates guidelines and maintain high customer service standards.

You must hold a 450-hour Pilates education, CPR/First Aid, and be comfortable expanding into TRX, barre, and TriggerPoint modalities while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 450-hour Pilates education including Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard.
• Current CPR & First Aid training and willingness to maintain.
• Ability to learn TRX, Barre, TriggerPoint modalities for classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective Pilates instruction for group classes and privates.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and inspected prior to class.
• Maintain studio tidiness and assist with check-in and member engagement.
