HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Pigging Equipment Operator to join our safety-conscious team in Deer Park, TX. This role focuses on the safe execution of downstream pigging jobs and requires strict adherence to permits, paperwork, and site rules.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PSI, RPM and Flow, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to working long shifts and being on call 24/7 when required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• TWIC Card required.
• Operate a manual transmission.
• Minimum 1 year in industrial cleaning services.
• Strong knowledge of equipment used in service line.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized Company driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Competent in PSI, RPM, and Flow before operation of pumper units.
• Filling out, understanding and accepting permits; complete required documentation.
• Complete safety and post-job paperwork as required (timesheets, receipts, notes).
• Be on call 24/7 and work shifts up to 12–16 hours (day or night).
• Work at Industrial Owner Facilities across North America.
• Rig-in into fired heaters and manage hose/pipe routing; troubleshoot equipment.
