Job summary

Rowan’s Larchmont studio is hiring a Retail Store Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and help maintain a clean, safe studio environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, upselling Rowan products, and teamwork with the Studio Manager and nurses. Open availability is preferred; weekend, night, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with check-in and appointment bookings using POS/software.
• Help customers select piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry; upsell non-piercing items.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
