Job summary

Rowan is seeking a friendly Retail Store Associate at the Mall at Green Hills location to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You’ll assist with ear piercings, product recommendations, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, strong customer service, and a collaborative team environment with the Studio Manager and Piercers. Compensation includes hourly pay with commission and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose their earrings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for a full 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, customer-focused service and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist customers with check-in, appointments, and product questions.
• Promote Rowan products, upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, stock, and inventory; follow safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers for seamless service.
