• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Enjoy spending time with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming customer service and create a celebratory atmosphere.
• Assist customers with check-in and appointment bookings using POS and software.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details on floor or by phone.
• Promote and upsell Rowan’s products including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan’s offerings, materials, styles, and care instructions.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and communicate value of services and products to customers.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies including jewelry and cleaning products.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to piercing procedures and hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, pricing, and displays.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to provide seamless service.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills and knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges) and maintain customer records.
