Job summary

SMS International Shore Operations is seeking a Part-Time Check-In Agent at the Port of Miami to support embarkation with guest check-in and assistance. You will greet guests, verify documents, and use tablets to complete check-in in a fast-paced, team-driven terminal environment.

Weekend availability is required and you will join a dynamic team handling cruise operations, working in-person at the Port of Miami.

We are currently hiring Part-Time Check-In Agents to support the embarkation experience for guests traveling with:

MSC Cruises | Norwegian Cruise Line | Virgin Voyages | Oceania Cruises | Regent Seven Seas Cruises | Explora Journeys

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist cruise guests as they arrive at the terminal
• Complete the guest check-in process using tablets and other technology
• Verify travel and identification documents
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer guest questions and provide directions and assistance
• Help keep the embarkation process organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Work as part of a team in a busy, dynamic cruise terminal environment

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Check-In Agent
• Location: Port of Miami
• Work Setting: In-person
• Schedule: Cruise operations are primarily on weekends; weekend availability is required
• Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-focused

Compensation

$16.00 – $16.50 per hour
