Job summary

MLSBC Cruises, Inc. is seeking energetic part-time guest services representatives at Port Canaveral to assist cruise ship guests as they check in and board. This role emphasizes friendly, upbeat service and strong guest engagement in a busy terminal environment.

You will interact with guests, answer questions, and provide directions while supporting the Guest Cruise Experience team. Candidates must stand 6-8 hours, be tech-savvy, and have TWIC card; training and cruise benefits on

We represent Carnival and Princess cruise lines. If you are a customer service-oriented individual that likes to smile and interact with cruise ship guests, this is a great part time job for you!

Would like to gain experience in logistics and customer service! We provide guest logistics support to cruise ship lines. You will be working in what's called "Guest Cruise Experience" and the goal is to make our guests feel welcome and have fun, in the meantime, our employees usually have fun too. A busy cruise terminal is a fast paced, exciting place! Most of our agents make great memories and make some friends as well. You will be interacting with guests, answering their questions, and providing them with a great memory of their own. We provide these benefits to our agents:
