Job summary

SMS International Shore Operations U.S., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents at Miami International Airport to welcome and assist cruise guests traveling to and from major cruise lines.

The role is in-person at MIA, with flexible schedules and an hourly wage of $16.00–$16.50. Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating transportation, guiding guests through the airport, and providing information for a smooth experience.

Responsibilities

SMS International Shore Operations U.S., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents at Miami International Airport to welcome and assist cruise guests traveling to and from some of the world's leading cruise lines.

What You’ll Do

• Greeting and assisting arriving and departing cruise guests
• Providing friendly and professional meet-and-greet services
• Directing and escorting guests through the airport as needed
• Assisting guests with transportation coordination
• Providing information, directions, and general guest assistance
• Helping guests navigate airport and cruise-related services
• Working closely with cruise line representatives and the SMS team
• Supporting other guest service responsibilities as assigned

Work Setting: In-person

Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedules available based on operational needs

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands & Travel

• Position includes frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing and pulling for up to 6 hour increments on average.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift or carry.
• Position is exposed to indoor/outdoor work environment at pier/airport and terminal locations under varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work hours ranging from 5:00 am – 4:00 pm or until ships departures; may include weekdays, weekends and holidays.
