SMS International Shore Operations is seeking a Part-Time Check-In Agent at the Port of Miami to support embarkation with guest check-in and assistance. You will greet guests, verify documents, and use tablets to complete check-in in a fast-paced, team-driven terminal environment.

Weekend availability is required and you will join a dynamic team handling cruise operations, working in-person at the Port of Miami.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist cruise guests as they arrive at the terminal.

• Answer guest questions and provide directions and assistance.
• Help keep the embarkation process organized, efficient, and welcoming.
