Specific Qualifications

• Assist in completion of house rough in to include measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
• Install trim to include plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
• Carry materials and tools
• Clean work area and equipment
• Maintains working relationship with leadsman and division manager
• Reports progress and problems to management regularly and provides creative solutions
• Maintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and procedures
• Quickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible person
• Communicate with others, including taking direction from leadsman
• Residential Electrical new construction experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
• Already have basic tools is a plus
• Ability to work in extreme weather
