LPS Electrical Installation Lead

Required Qualifications

1. HS diploma or equivalent
2. Journeyman Electrician (Licensed or equivalent experience)
3. Willing and able to travel
4. 4+ years experience in Industrial/Commercial Electrical installations
5. OSHA 10 Certified
6. First Aid, CPR Certification
7. Experience with power tools, forklifts, and man-lift operations, including safety standards
8. Ability to install and troubleshoot 480/120VAC & 24VDC systems
9. Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment
10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

Preferred Qualifications

1. OSHA 30 Certified
2. Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards (LOTO, NFPA 70E)
3. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, NEC, and customer specifications
4. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, Servos, Motors, Control Panels, IO
5. Experience with sorter and conveyance installations, maintenance, and industrial package handling installations

Job Functions

• Perform electrical installations including conduit, device, control panels, fire and alarm systems, power distribution, data, networking, and CCTV
• Ensure installation quality, adhere to Fortna standards and customer specifications, and comply with OSHA and industry standards
• Maintain a strong safety culture by attending toolbox talks, completing JHAs, and reporting incidents
