Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an NPI Engineer to drive setup and qualification of new products across manufacturing nodes. You will partner with Product Ops, MFG, Fab Engineering, and PIE to ensure seamless product introductions and on-time delivery of customer materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a STEM field and 3–5 years in semiconductor operations or integration, with familiarity in SAS or similar MES systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline required.
• 3–5 years semiconductor industry experience preferred, especially in Operations or Integration.
• Familiarity with SAS or MES systems such as GPM, eSpec or YMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end new product qualification and setup, including PIE NPI Checklists.
• Lead NPI Pave and Customer Sample lot movements with MFG and Product Ops.
• Coordinate critical process step setups (SD, RMG) and align with Fab Engineering.
• Collaborate with Yield Enhancement organization for product management.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer material and data handoffs across parameters, specs, and yield.
• Manage full NPI lifecycle from silicon input to CS and Qual lot delivery for multiple products.
