12-hour shifts, including day or night options. The RN will provide high-acuity pediatric patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and compliance with facility standards.
The ideal candidate must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, have at least 2 years of recent PICU experience, and current certifications in BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred). They must also pass background screening and be clinically confident in fast-paced, critical environments.
