Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree from a professional nursing program.
• All RNs without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible or compact state.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician/licensed independent provider orders.
• Delivers age-specific care and documents care per plan of care.
• Supervises and delegates tasks to RNs, LPNs, Care Partners and unit staff.
