Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Manage ventilators and specialized medications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document in EMR.
Skills
BLS – Basic Life Support
PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Active RN License (Compact or VA)
5 years of nursing experience
PICU and CVPICU experience
Proficiency managing complex cases
Completion of critical care orientations
Flu vaccination
