Job summary

The NP will collaborate with the medical team to care for high-acuity patients birth to 18 years old, with broad support across endocrinology, neurosurgery, and ECMO programs.

Applicants must have graduated from an acute care pediatric NP program; new grads are welcome, though PICU RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an acute care pediatric nurse practitioner program.
• New graduates accepted; PICU RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals for infants to young adults.
• Manage a cohort of patients in collaboration with residents, fellows, and attending physicians.
• Order and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
