Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (ACPE preferred) or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2 years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations for PICU patients.
• Assess drug interactions, dosages, and cost-effective therapies.
• Educate residents and students on pediatric critical care pharmacotherapy.
• Monitor order writing, dispensing, and administration of medications in PICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during daily rounds.
