Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred) from ACPE accredited college.
• Active Florida Pharmacist license and BLS through AHA.
• At least two years of clinical hospital pharmacy experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited pediatrics residency or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve cost savings and support formulary management.
• Participate in clinical pharmacy programs and serve as consultant.
• Attend daily rounds and hospital committees.
• Educate students and residents in pediatric pharmacotherapy.
• Document quality activities to meet standards.
• Provide drug information to staff and clinicians.
