Qualifications

• Two years clinical hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves cost savings targets and supports formulary management.
• Participates in clinical pharmacy program and acts as consultant in areas of expertise.
• Advances the profession through publications/presentations at local/state/national meetings.
• Participates in daily patient care rounds, clinical services meetings, and hospital committees.
• Coordinates investigational drug study activity and dispensing where needed.
