Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clinical rotation from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited program or equivalent.
• Ohio STNA registry or Ohio CNA, reciprocity within 180 days if applicable.
• Ohio or National EMS Registry listed.
• 1+ year patient care experience in last 3 years.
• CPR training and ongoing certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan of Care: provide approved patient care and assist with interventions under RN supervision.
• Communication: document changes and report during shift changes.
• Environment: keep unit safe, organized, infection-control compliant.
• Administrative Support: respond to alarms, answer calls, assemble charts, stock supplies, train new staff.
