Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND one of the following options: clinical rotation, state CNA registry, EMS registry, or recent patient care experience.
• CPR training required and maintenance of certification.
• Ability to work under RN supervision and handle daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan of Care: provide approved care of assigned patients under RN supervision; assist with activities of daily living.
• Communication: document in patient medical records and report status changes.
• Environment: maintain safe, organized, infection-controlled areas.
• Administrative Support: respond to alarms, answer calls, assemble charts, stock supplies.
