Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on the night shift. The role involves direct patient care for newborns to young adults up to 22, in a Magnet-designated hospital with a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center.

You will work 3-12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an 18% night differential and an additional $3/hour weekend differential. Self-scheduling is available to cover weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in pediatric intensive care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs and plan care.
• Formulate and revise care plans with multidisciplinary team and family input.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and unit standards.
