• Assess patient needs and develop care plans for pediatric patients.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide and document patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
