Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, have 3 years of nursing/clinical education experience, and hold NC RN licensure with BLS. This regular, on-site position reports to the DUHS Director.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• RN licensure in NC or compact license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires and transfers.
• Coordinate preceptors, training activities, and competency validation.
• Develop educational standards and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate annual competency validation and ongoing education plans.
• Support staff development with remediation, certification, and new equipment training.
