The position supports flexible shifts (15–24 hours) and welcomes both experienced ACPNPs and new graduates, with a strong emphasis on family-centered care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (required).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-management skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
• Desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative PICU team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assessment and management of patients in a six-bed PICU with 3–4 daily census.
• Collaborate with pediatric intensivists and multidisciplinary staff.
• Participate in policy, protocol, and program development to support unit growth and excellence.
• Work flexible shifts ranging from 15 to 24 hours.
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care aligned with Sinai Hospital's mission.
