Job summary

Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, CA is seeking a Pickleball Coordinator to develop leagues, organize clinics, and promote our pickleball program across the community. The role emphasizes scheduling events and building relationships with players of all ages.

The coordinator will drive memberships, coordinate tournaments, and collaborate with EVS and facilities to maintain courts, while upholding Soboba Casino Resort values and supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum one year consistent pickleball/tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA Pickleball Certification considered a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of court reservation, DUPR a plus, not required.
• Experience in membership sales and marketing is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Must lift/move up to 25 pounds; team oriented and independent work capability.
• Evidence of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pickleball leagues and tournaments.
• Organize schedules for clinics, leagues, camps, open play and events.
• Promote the pickleball program and drive memberships.
• Coordinate and promote events through newsletter, website, social media and booking software.
• Collaborate with EVS and facilities to maintain courts and adjust for weather.
• Embodies Soboba Casino Resort values and supports department goals.
• Perform special projects and other duties as needed.
