Job summary

PickleRage is seeking a Pickleball Pro to deliver high-level instruction, grow a personal client book, and drive instructional revenue. This is a W-2 role with base pay plus commission, reporting to the Program Manager.

You will teach private and group sessions, run clinics, and promote court events while maintaining standards, safety, and member engagement. Availability includes evenings and weekends as facility demand requires.

Qualifications

• Teach pickleball at a high level for varied players.
• Maintain current teaching certification or pursue it after hire.
• Demonstrate competitive playing ability and rating.
• Build and retain a client book with rebooking and packages.
• Strong communication and on-court leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach private, semi-private, group lessons, clinics, and development sessions.
• Assess players, place in programs, and apply a consistent curriculum.
• Maintain schedule in the club booking platform and manage bookings.
• Promote membership and participate in staff meetings and events.
