Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a passionate Pickleball Instructor to teach private lessons and lead group programs at our Gilbert, AZ location. The role focuses on student‑centered teaching and growing revenue through engaging sessions and events.

You will work on court teaching, develop safe comprehensive lessons, and help create exceptional member experiences while supporting the Life Time brand in sales and program initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of teaching or coaching pickleball preferred.
• Certification within 6 months of hire: IPTPA and/or PPR.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and demonstrates pickleball techniques; averages 30+ on‑court hours weekly.
• Develops safe, professional lessons guiding ongoing participation and positive NPS.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, events; keeps facilities clean.
• Supports sales with Membership Advisors; attends pickleball meetings.
