Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to teach private pickleball lessons and lead group programming at our Laguna Niguel location. You will coordinate leagues, run events, and drive revenue while delivering member-centric service and a positive, instructional experience.

The role requires on-court teaching, program development, and collaboration with Membership Advisors. CPR/AED and IPTA/PPR credentials are preferred or will be completed within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships with members and teammates.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Within 6 months of hire must complete IPTA and/or PPR certification.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs students during pickleball lessons to improve techniques.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs guiding ongoing participation.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments and events.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Activities teams.
