Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an on-site Pickleball Coach to teach private lessons and group programming at our Colorado facility. You’ll coordinate leagues and mixers, grow your book of business, and drive revenue while delivering member-centric service.

The role requires teaching 30+ hours weekly, maintaining safety and program quality, and participating in sales efforts to promote pickleball across the club.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball and possesses effective teaching styles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Within 6 months of hire must complete IPTPA and/or PPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their game.
• Personally teaches on court on average 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to promote continued involvement.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events; maintains facility and equipment.
• Participates in system wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities.
