Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a dynamic Pickleball Professional to lead the club's pickleball program at The Woodlands, TX. You will deliver expert instruction, design clinics and leagues, and create an engaging, inclusive community for members of all ages and skill levels.

You will oversee court scheduling, coordinate with tennis and club management, and promote participation through events, tournaments, and clinics. This role offers commission on lessons and clinic revenue, plus access to club facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Pickleball Professional, Instructor, or high-level player.
• Certification from USA Pickleball, PPR, or IPTPA preferred.
• Strong teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to engage members in both social and competitive settings.
• Knowledge of pickleball programming, league formats, and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality private and group pickleball instruction for all ages and skill levels.
• Design and implement clinics, leagues, mixers, and instructional programs.
• Develop beginner pathways while maintaining advanced-level programming.
• Promote player development and encourage long-term participation.
• Create a vibrant and inclusive pickleball community.
• Facilitate social events, round robins, and themed mixers.
• Build relationships with members and promote participation.
