Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Pickleball Professional for The Country Club of the South in Johns Creek, GA to lead the pickleball program, teach all levels, and run events. You will create engaging clinics, leagues, and social mixers, while managing court use and coordinating with tennis staff.

The role focuses on welcoming members, growing participation, and driving program revenue through clinics and lessons. Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a pickleball professional, instructor, or high‑level player.
• Certification from a recognized pickleball organization preferred.
• Strong teaching and communication skills with members.
• Ability to engage members in social and competitive settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality private and group pickleball instruction for all ages and levels.
• Design clinics, leagues, mixers, and instructional programs.
• Develop beginner pathways and maintain advanced programs.
• Promote player development and long‑term participation.
• Oversee daily court scheduling and allocation with club management.
• Organize internal leagues, championships, and social events.
• Assist with pro shop merchandising and drive revenue from programs.
