Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Pickleball Professional to develop, promote, and manage the club's pickleball program at The Woodlands Country Club. You will deliver high-quality instruction, organize clinics, leagues, and social events, and foster a welcoming, social, and competitive atmosphere that enhances the member experience.

The role includes managing court scheduling, engaging members, coordinating with tennis staff, and driving revenue through clinics and events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Pickleball Professional, Instructor, or high‑level player.
• Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., USA Pickleball, PPR, or IPTPA preferred).
• Strong teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver private and group pickleball instruction for all ages and levels.
• Design clinics, leagues, mixers, and instructional programs.
• Promote player development and long‑term participation.
