Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager by scheduling court times, educating members on programs and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

You will greet members, explain programs, build personalized relationships, and ensure facilities and equipment are clean and well-maintained while handling daily billing and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
