Zusammenfassung

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with day-to-day operations. You will schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

Duties include greeting members, explaining programs, developing relationships, keeping facilities and equipment clean and in good condition, promoting Life Time services, and handling daily billing

Qualifikationen

• Education: working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: CPR and AED certified.

Aufgaben

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift.
