Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming at our Vernon Hills facility. You will grow your book and revenue while focusing on member-centric service and referral growth.

You will lead private and group sessions, coordinate leagues, and participate in sales efforts with Membership Advisors to promote Life Time programming and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with all ages and building positive member relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• On-court instruction of students with focus on techniques, tactics and strategies (30+ hours/week).
• Develops safe, comprehensive lessons and programs to promote ongoing involvement and high NPS.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events, and maintains clean, well‑kept facilities.
